Ballard Park has been vandalized 3 times in the last week. We have reason to believe it is a group of young boys who live close by and also have vandalized the church. Please let the police and PLI know ASAP if you see anything. This morning, I met with police at Ballard to formally report the incidents. A good outcome would be for police to catch them in the act. Police will be monitoring the area mostly in the evenings which is when they have been spotted there this week. Please be safe and do not confront anyone if you see them.
