The issue I would posit is that the welcome email specifically links to the PLI scheduling information page with the verbiage "information about satellite courts and lockbox access" but the page in question does not mention lockbox access in any way- not even to prompt people interested in borrowing nets to email as you mention above.

This led to my group standing around for fifteen minutes trying to find this info on the site, our coordinated game night only saved by a stranger arriving with the lockbox code for us. It was frustrating and baffling to not have this information after paying towards the organization.
